When are salaries disbursed monthly?▼
NourAxis monthly salaries are disbursed on the 28th day of each month. If the 28th falls on a weekend, payments are processed on the preceding working day.
How do I request a dynamic annual leave?▼
Click on the HR Requests index and choose Submit Leave Request. Fill in the dates, upload medical documents if applicable, and submit to send it to your supervisor.
What are the allowed categories for expense claims?▼
Reimbursable claims are categorized into Travel expenditures, Equipment/Hardware purchases, and Client Hospitality. Attach official receipts in the claims portal for Finance approval.
Why does my attendance check-in fail coordinates validations?▼
This occurs if your device is outside the designated radius of your assigned Work Location branch. Reach out to your Operations Manager to adjust your branch assignment or safe boundary radius parameters if necessary.
